The property is located in a quiet area of the town, 150 m from the Habsburg Park and 1 km and a half from the lake (the area is served by a tourist train that runs several times during the day).
A 10 minutes walk along the main street (closed to traffic), reaches in the central square of the town, where there are various services including a grocery shop.
The structure is surronded by a large fenced garden with parking, games (in summer), tables and barbecue available for guests.
The apartaments are comfortable and equipped with functional furniture for every type of service with satellite TV and free WI-FI access.
In the winter period the reservation requires a minimum of 4 nights with a supplement of 50 € from the basic rate, with a check-in after 3pm and a check-out by 10am.
On request laundry service for beds (25 € for apartament) is provided. During the winter attraction and involvement are insured by the presence of typical Trentino Christmas markets held in the Hasburg Park mentioned above, in 15-20 minutes by car the "Panarotta 2002" ski resorts are easily reachable.
On request the possibility of advantageous prices for: ski passes, catering services at a partner restaurant and chalet at high altitude with the presence of a "small" and comfortable SPA with a panoramic view of the Brenta Dolomites.
